I think for cut fabric, it's usually final sale because they cut it specifically for your order. You might be able to return a whole bolt if you ordered that, but individual yards are tough.

Pretty sure most fabric stores don't take back cut yardage unless it's defective. I'd recommend getting a sample first if you're not sure about the feel or color.

Their fabric is legit. I've made several bags and some clothing with their hemp canvas and linen, holds up really well. Definitely not the cheap flimsy stuff.

I don't think they do free shipping very often, at least not for small orders. Sometimes for like, really huge bulk purchases, but that's it afaik.

Nah, never seen a general free shipping code from them. Best bet is usually catching a fabric discount or using the first order one if you haven't yet.
